Registration may be done online from the link on the left; remember it is Beta version! Keep payment details ready before submitting form.

Kindly note that an automated email will be sent to delegate immediately on clicking "Submit". If you do not receive the acknowledgement or email, the form has not been submitted. Try again.

Same email cannot be used for multiple registrations.

 

Payment

Choose from one of the following modes:

1. By Cash in Surgery Office, BL Taneja Block, Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi. Please remember to take receipt.

2. By Demand Draft in favour of 'Surgery Update 2018' payable at Delhi. Registration will be confirmed after credit of amount in bank. A single draft can be submitted by multiple delegates.

3. By NEFT in favour of 'Surgery Update 2018' Account no. 90682010134594, IFSC: SYNB0009068, Syndicate Bank, MA Medical College Branch, Delhi. The UTR number is to be mentioned on the registration form. Registration will be confirmed on receipt of amount in bank and matching of UTR number.

The registration amount entitles the delegate to attend all scientific sessions, Lunch and Tea daily, one copy of the Proceedings, and registration kit. 

Note:

Avoid spot registration. The organizers will make every effort to provide Proceedings and Kit to all registrants; however, it is not guaranteed to Spot Registrants.

Full refund will be processed if request for cancellation is received by 31st August 2018. Half amount will be refunded if request is received between 1st and 15th September. No refunds thereafter. Amount will be refunded by NEFT after completion of Surgery Update.

Receipts will be sent by email to those attending the Update.

Delegate kit / Proceedings will be given to registered delegate only.

Please carry your College Identity Card at all times. It will be checked at time of registration and issue of Proceedings!
